Our abseilers need your support, and every penny you give helps save lives in London.

This adrenaline-fueled charity challenge is not for the faint-hearted! Prepare to conquer your fears as you step off the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium roof and descend 42 meters to the South Podium below — all while raising vital funds for the London Ambulance Charity.

This controlled descent is a heart-pounding experience like no other. You'll be safely clipped into guide ropes, given a countdown, and then take one of the biggest, and most rewarding, steps of your life.

Your fundraising will support wellbeing initiatives for LAS staff and volunteers and reduce health inequalities by providing CPR training and public-access defibrillators in priority areas across the capital.

Take to the skies at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, don't look down at 46.8 meters above the pitch!

Abseil

Clip in, breath deep and enjoy the view as you abseil back down.

Complete the challenge and raise £100 for the London Ambulance Charity.

How to register:

Sign up to our 2026 Stadium Abseil by getting your place below. Places are limited. Those who are first to please pay a £25 registration fee and then agree to raise £100 for the event will be guaranteed a place.

Registration closes 5th March 2026.

When booking, please select your preferred 30-minute time slot to begin your adventure. Slots are available from 10:30, starting every 30 minutes until 15:00, with 10 places available in each slot. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your time slot preference.

Our fundraising team will be there to support you every step of the way. All our participants receive the following as part of their commitment to fundraise for London Ambulance Charity:

Fundraising email stewardship packed with tips and ideas to help you reach your goal.
A dedicated support team offering personalised advice and guidance.
Event day photos captured and shared with participants after the experience.
A certificate of completion to mark this special achievement.

Who can take part?

No previous experience is required to take part. All participants will be provided with appropriate safety equipment and a full safety briefing, which will take place before you make the descent. All participants must be at least 12 years of age to take part in the abseil and the minimum height requirement is 1.2 metres. Please note, 30kg (5 stone/70lbs) is the lower weight limit for taking part and 130kg (21 stone/286lbs) is the upper weight limit for taking part in this activity.
