London neighbourhoods in need of public access defibrillators

The London Ambulance Service has a database identifying the locations of defibrillators across the city. The analysis shows that there are fewest in areas with the highest levels of deprivation and poorest health outcomes.

The stark data shows that households in deprived areas are more likely to be in one of these areas.

We will be working directly with these communities, so that this life-saving equipment is available to everyone.

North East London

Barking and Dagenham: Barking East, Becontree West, Old Dagenham Park and Village, and Becontree East.

Hackney: Hackney Downs, Homerton North, Stamford Hill West, Stoke Newington North, Dalston East, South Hackney, Clapton Leaside

Havering: Hylands

Newham: Beckton North, Forest Gate East, Wallend North, Forest Gate East, Forest Gate North, Little Ilford East, East Ham South West, Lonsdale Avenue, Manor Park North, Plashet West, East Ham West

Redbridge: Woodford Green, Ilford South East, Hainault West, Ilford North East, Barkingside West, Seven Kings Meads Lane and Chadwell Heath North West.

Tower Hamlets: Stepney Green and Limehouse East.

Waltham Forest: William Morris, Whipps Cross and Leyton East.

North Central London

Barnet: Golders Green North, Osidge, West Finchley and Grahame Park.

Camden: South Hampstead and Kilburn Grange.

Enfield: Turkey Street, Tatem Park and Upper Edmonton West.
